Phase Jam 8 Update

Decided to upload the small amount I was able to update the game during this Phase Jam. Felt like it was not enough of polish or update to actually submit to the actual jam.

The changes are that the music is equalized and some extra versions, new cloth physics on Jellys skirt, some extra playable characters and some minor not very noticable tweaks.
